Downtown Chilliwack - January 2021

Have to be honest, I don't spend a lot of time downtown Chilliwack.  I needed to get a picture framed and ended up taking it to Cornerstone Custom Framing on Mill Street.  Such a cute little street.  While there I noticed that the downtown area is really taking shape.  So I went back yesterday with my video camera to capture a bit of what's going on.

Really happy to see the heritage style being brought back to life.  I love the brick and mill work throughout...it really never goes out of style.  Tons of people walking around as well.  Of course with all the new restaurants, they have good reason to be here.  We've had many movies shot here over the years and I think going forward many more will choose to film in this location because of this new downtown.

If you are like me and haven't spent much time downtown Chilliwack I suggest you head over for a visit.  The sidewalks are huge, tons of shops and restaurants.  It really is worth a visit.
